Make some noise!

Take a look on my list of Filipino artists. Most of them are from hiphop community with different flavors from R&B and Rap. Initally, when we encounter or hear the names that dealing with hiphop are useless but in this case they are not your typical Filipino hiphop artists. Their songs have definitely have something to say about the inudstry even in economics and politics. Their albums are no non-sense in contrast to their contemporary artists. Most of the songs talk about sex, love, money, drugs and streets knowledge on a personal basis which makes the lyrics/content more real, live and motivating. Unlike with commercial albums where artists are much more of a performer here they appear as a preacher. Im not against with these artists that what the air waves plays, its just that you can not avoid to compare the commercial artists to underground artist. Obsviously, when we hear songs over and over again our tendency look for another alternatives. And as a music enthusiast we don’t want music that only looks good on its first release. We want music that we can play in any day. Sometimes music of our choice makes our mood in a day.
For a CHANGE.
